Invitation to cooperation

Concerning implementing the project "Integrated Program for the Development of the Czestochowa University of Technology" POWR.03.05.00-00-Z008/18, we invite you to submit an offer to prepare and conduct lectures for students of the Faculty of Management of the Czestochowa University of Technology.
The lecturer's task will be to prepare and conduct a 30-hour lecture in English (30hx45 minutes) on "International tourism market", for students of Management field, 1^st degree, 5^th semester, in the winter semester of the academic year 2021/2022.

The minimum substantive scope of a 30-hour lecture should cover the following issues:

1. Genesis and evolution of tourism market - 1h
2. Basics terminology of international tourism market. Rules - 1h
3. International supply market in tourism. Features, trends, entities - 1h
4. International organizations of tourism - 1h
5. International tourism movement. Most popular countries - 2h
6. Europe tourism market. UE tourism politic - 1h
7. Asia tourism market - 1h
8. Africa tourism market - 1h
9. North and Middle America tourism market - 1h
10. South America tourism market - 1h
11. Australia and Oceania tourism market - 1h
12. Orientation and market strategy - 1h
13. Management of tourism organizations - 1h
14. Summary of lectures - 1h

Requirements:

• doctoral degree or higher
• significant achievements in scientific work, which include a high Hirsch index of papers published in journals, included in the Journal Citation Reports and Scopus indexing
• employment for at least five years at a university outside of Poland as an academic teacher
• having at least five years of experience in conducting didactic classes in the field of management, marketing, tourism, tourism marketing and management, touristic organization, geographical aspects of tourism and management, at universities outside of Poland
• having at least five years of experience in conducting research and scientific activities and participation in scientific conferences in the field of tourism,  management and marketing
• having experience in the field of international cooperation as part of conducted foreign lectures, other forms of didactic, research or international didactic and scientific projects which include: management of tourism organizations, tourism marketing, geographical aspects of tourism management and marketing
• English language skills at least at the C1-Advanced level

Terms of employment - payable in PLN.
Working hours - 30 hours x 45 minutes.
The lecture will be held in the e-learning form.
The expert is obliged to complete the task in person.
Implementation deadline: winter semester of the academic year 2021/2022 (01.10.2021 - 28.01.2022).
Selection criteria: price per hour 70%, experience 30% (for 5-year experience - 0 points, for each subsequent year 10 points, up to 15 years. Over 15 years 100 points).
