IMPORTANT NOTICE:Regarding CUT Rector's Order Nr 152/2021 dated as 29.06.2021 previous regulation regarding to restrictions in minimum mobility period to outgoing international mobility of employees, doctoral students and students had been removed.
Regarding CUT Rector's Order Nr 562020 dated as 04.12.2020 previous regulation Nr 300/2020 was repealed and regulation 7/2020 was changed as follows: §2.2: „Outgoing international mobility of employees, doctoral students and students of the Częstochowa University of Technology are allowed, if lasts at least 3 months."

Participation within application process is available to applicants who have got status of active student of our university, only)

NOTE: after positive assessment we recommend that the student submits all the necessary documents at the partner institution, as at partner institutions there are deadlines for document acceptance from Erasmus+ students for the next semester.

PLEASE NOTE THAT PARTNERSHIP UNIVERSITIES HAVE SET THEIR APPLICATION DEADLINES. PLEASE CHECK THEM DIRECTLY ON THE WEBSITES OF PARTNER UNIVERSITIES. The documents must be completed and sent to the partner university before the deadline.
We advise you strongly to immediately contact faculty coordinators and prepare all documents (Learning Agreement included) required by host university within recruitment process to submit application before the deadline.

NOTE THAT: Regrading the 300/2020 regulation given by the CUT's Rector dated as 24.02.2020 and 7/2020 dated as 14.09.2020 - recruitment is conditional and conducted with the proviso that the outgoing Erasmus+ KA103 Programme mobility will be possible to start by the participants, only if above mentioned regulation liftined, repealied or changed (to allow to start running outgoing mobilities - at present all outgoing mobilities from CUT are suspended). (BSc 360 + MSc 360 + PhD 360)
If you have already participated in Erasmus+ Programme and now you are studying on another study cycle… or your mobility hasn’t exceeded 360 days within one study cycle on which you are still a student…
YES! Now you can apply again!

Traineeship can be done even after studies,
provided that you are applying as a student or you have finished your traineeship not later than 360 days after the graduation date, but the graduate traineeship (lasting after graduations from the university) may be financed from Erasmus+ KA103 Programme
(PO WER HE financing is impossible).
